Our E-Mail Policy
Page is committed to the highest standards of e-mail use. If you request information from Page, we may send you future updates regarding new products and services. If you do not wish to receive information regarding new products and services and have already received e-mail correspondence from Page, you may opt-out of any future e-mail correspondence as detailed below. If you are filling out an online account form with Page and do not wish to receive this information, do not enter an e-mail address.

When registering for secure account access, we require that a valid e-mail address be entered. This e-mail address will be used for trade confirmation, regulatory, and other purposes necessary to service your account, or as otherwise discussed above. It is important that a valid e-mail address is entered so that Page can contact you regarding your account if needed.

You have the right to "opt out" of any e-mail correspondence with Page at any time. Simply send a message to service@Page.com with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line. You may also choose to "opt out" of a specific type of e-mail as well. This can be done in two places: If you are a client, simply log in to your account and go to the Account Services/E-mail Services area to update your profile. If you are not a client, visit the E-mail Services section and follow the instructions. These two methods will allow you to adjust your subscription preferences and update your e-mail address.

If you believe you have received unsolicited e-mail from us, please contact us at service@Page.com and we will provide you with the details on why you received the e-mail in question.

E-mail Image Tracking (a/k/a Web Bugs)
Page values your privacy and limits the use of tracking images (a/k/a web bugs) in e-mail campaigns. We will use a clear image in most Page e-mail correspondence for the following reasons:

  • To track the format of e-mail that you are able to receive (HTML or Text) and then send the appropriate message format to you.
  • To verify that you have opened an e-mail message that Page has sent.
We will not use these images to track the individual that you may forward an e-mail to. We will only use these images to evaluate the effectiveness of our e-marketing campaigns.

Our Policy on Cookies
Page's web sites offer customized features and advanced account access that require the use of cookies. A cookie is a piece of information that Page's web sites ask your browser and computer to store for future use.

Page will attempt to limit the use of cookies as much as possible. We will not use cookies to see what other data is stored on your computer or attempt to learn personal information about you. Page's web sites have access only to the information from cookies stored by our web sites. We cannot view, nor will we attempt to view, cookies that were created by other web sites.

In General
We do not use cookies to gather personal information. We will not share or give others access to information stored in cookies. In cases where Page uses third-party vendors, we will restrict the use of cookies to protect your privacy and require that the third-party vendor have privacy policies in place that meet Page's privacy standards.

We will use cookies when alternate means are not practical or when your overall user experience may be impacted by not using cookies.

You may receive more than one cookie during a single web site visit. For example, when you are in the secure account access area, temporary cookies may be created each time you visit a page or move within the site. These are necessary for security reasons and to ensure that your session remains active while in the secure account access area.

We may use cookies to store information so you do not have to enter it again (name, address, etc.). In these cases, we will give you the option of not accepting the cookie and, therefore, not storing the information. This is important if you are using a computer that may be accessed by others in the future (such as a library or public kiosk).

Page's web site uses two types of cookies:

1. Session-Based Cookies
Session-based cookies are temporary cookies and are deleted when you shut down your browser, log-off of the secure account access area, or leave your computer inactive for a 30-minute period. These cookies are used to verify your browser's ability to accept cookies and to automatically authenticate you with third-party integration solutions. This is necessary so that you will not have to enter your login ID and password more than once during each visit.

2. Persistent Cookies
Persistent or permanent cookies are stored on your hard drive and read by your browser each time you visit our web site. These cookies are used to:

  • View the elements you have customized on the Page.com home page
  • Remember the name and address information you enter so that you will not have to enter it again when you request information. You have the option of not accepting this cookie and should not accept this cookie if you are using a computer which others may have access to (e.g., library or public kiosk).
  • Remember the type of client you choose to automatically select the correct account access system, or allow you to visit sites for financial professional use only without inputting username/password information each time you visit the site.
  • Store hypothetical portfolio information in financial planning tools located on the Institutional Investors area of askPage.com,
  • Better evaluate the effectiveness of certain online and offline marketing campaigns.

Cookies Not Used By Page's Web Site
Since persistent cookies are stored on the hard drive of your computer, any person who has access to your computer may be able to view your cookie "file." Therefore, we will never store sensitive, nonpublic, personal information such as SIN numbers or account numbers in cookies. You should be aware that individuals with access to your computer may be able to view your cookie file and view a list of the web sites you visit as well as any information stored by the site.
