NEW! Enhancements to My Account were launched in April 2010 to provide more detailed information about your holdings and transactions, and allow you view or print a statement of account. Here are the key changes: · New user IDs and passwords were issued for this service in April 2010. If you don’t know your new id and password, please call us! · If you have access to accounts under different names, such as your spouse, children, or any joint accounts, then each different ownership will have a separate screen for its accounts. You can easily switch views to any of the ownerships you have access to. [Learn How]. · There is currently no view or statement that shows ‘Total Assets’ across all of the owners you can access. A system enhancement to permit this is being explored. · We are required by federal Privacy legislation to re-confirm with each such owner whether you have the right to see any details of their accounts. We will be in touch with you if we need such permission in your case. |
